Celebrating its 10th anniversary, "Kodō" is renowned for its oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl), ranked in Kansai's top 3 on TV. The head chef, Yoshida-san, has been with Kodō since its inception, entering the food industry at 16.
Initially struggling with profits, Yoshida-san's sense of responsibility as both chef and father drove him to constantly improve. His mantra became, "I can't stop moving forward!" This relentless pursuit led to their current acclaimed oyakodon.
Yoshida-san aims to "create a restaurant that will be loved for many years to come."
