Even more important than mustard is that, if I'm not mistaken, it's the capital of Burgundy.
ReplyDeleteQuite right! Dijon is the capital city of Burgundy, one of the country’s principal wine-making areas. It’s known for its traditional mustard, vineyards, autumn gastronomic fair, and building styles ranging from Gothic to Art Deco.

Je me rends à l’exposition trienniale Florissimo et, à l’occasion, au salon de l’alimentation lorsque je rends visite à ma famille dans le région voisin de Jura :-)
